Hi all, I has used Python very long time and installed several python packages, including scipy, numpy, vpython for sciebtific computation. As general defaulted, they are installed /usr/lib/python2.5/site- packages in my linux system.
Now I try to install Sage from source. The setup seems to install the same python packages in the Sage directory even they had already installed in my system and almost the latest version. How do I let "Sage setup" know it is not necessary to download source and install such packages.
