Ok latest update: numpy-1.4.1 and scipy-0.8 should now be ready! (see ticket #9808; http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/9808 ) Many many thanks to fbissey for the help with the spkg-install script, and kcrisman for additional testing! I have now a question: Should we merge it into sage-4.6.
