Happened to us once too with a Surette S-530. Now that "free" battery sits
in my home's bank with some sharpie + and - symbols on it. Easy to see how
the symmetrical cap could be placed on backwards. Seems a keyed notch on
the cap would prevent that. . .

Multiple power stages in the Plus make for a more efficient inverter at
lower solar outputs. Just installed six of the 11.4s and went really

I would think a "snap-shut" valve, such as a Hudson valve in each tank and a
pressure switch hooked up to the float terminals on the controller would
work well in this situation.

I have two different systems using these EU6500 generators but instead of
the Trace they have a Magnum MS 4024 and 4024AE. Both work flawlessly as
long as the eco-throttle is off.

soon as the geni kicks on. Once the generator shuts down the Fronius senses
the frequency is back within range and resets itself. Turned out to be a
simple solution and has been operating flawlessly for almost a year now.

A Lorentz PS150 with CSJ5-8 submersible pump would give you about 17gpm.
You can orient the pump on its side in the pool and also adjust the flow.
We have sold many of these and have used them before in demonstration
fountains and they work great.

Had the exact same thing happen once after we replaced a circuit board in a
FX3524. After some head scratching I went and checked over the AC
connections at the inverter, which my overly helpful client had wired and
found that he had switched the neutral and hot in legs.

If you already have the MC tool, then the Tyco specific tool from Tyco may
be the most cost effective. We just finished a larger commercial install
where we used one and it was simple and effective. IIRC it was ~$220 from

Our Grundfos pump distributor has always warned against using the SQF pumps
in pressure pumping situations. I can't quite remember why, but you may
want to check into that. The Lorentz HR's have been the choice in these
situations.

We have successfully used the Relay Driver from Morningstar to operate larger
relays. It provides you with 4 programmable relays. Very simple to use and
fairly inexpensive.
