2024-12-17 Thread Kirk Herander via RE-wrenches
Hello, This system consists of -2- parallel Envy 12kw inverters and -2- evault 18.5kwh batteries. Grid tied w/about 13kw of pv on each inverter. Closed loop of course. I presently have the batteries set to charge off the grid when batteries fall to 90% SOC, stop charging when they rise to 95%.

[RE-wrenches] envy.fortresspower.io - documentation MIA???

Hello, Does anyone know of any documentation or tutorial that exists for this dashboard? I can't find any on their site or youtube channel.. I've just done my first multi-inverter Envy system, and amongst other things, there appears no way to set a simple kiosk mode, limit customer setpoint access

https://glasscareexperts.com/solar-glass-protection/ I’ve never tried it but just heard about these people. From the bio they are the original makers of rain X, but they customized a product, several of them, to clean Pv panels and they also mentioned it can help to shed rain and snow. By the way,

Jason, The NOCO GX4820 is a great charger. I've used it to dark-start Fortress and Blue Planet 48v cabinets, instead of dinky trickle chargers taking hours to do the same job. Priced at $500 a year and a half ago. its rated @ 110 -240 vac input. The one I bought came only with a 120v cord. On Fri

[RE-wrenches] generic and simple AC transfer switch

Hello All, I am looking for a non-generator brand specific 100A ATS to switch to secondary power when the utility goes out, period. IMO this means the contactor coil would have to be controlled by the utility AC, either 120 or 240,. If utility fails, the contactor switches to N/C secondary power.
