After the typical 1 hour wait to get up to Level 2 for SMA tech support,
the tech mentioned there might be some option where you get registered (or
possibly pay) to bypass Level 1? Or somehow get more streamlined service?
He didn't know how or where to access that service. Has anyone heard

for a pulsation test ?

Looking for Outback installer dealer troubleshooter Ft. Collins CO area.
I did a burly work trailer install for a friend from Ft. Collins Co a
few years back (I am in Idaho 14 hours away) & he is having issues with
an Outback inverter shutdown. Is there anyone in the Front range/ Ft

I'm pretty sure I have not done that test. I'm not currently in sure and
won't be for a couple of weeks, but maybe I can try it remotely. Went would
disabling the charger make a difference with an AC coupled backfeed issue?

Have you registered and been working through their new and
"improved" Online Service Center? I just needed a replacement inverter
for a 1001 code and it was pretty clunky going through the OSC:
