Hey all, After the typical 1 hour wait to get up to Level 2 for SMA tech support, the tech mentioned there might be some option where you get registered (or possibly pay) to bypass Level 1? Or somehow get more streamlined service? He didn't know how or where to access that service. Has anyone heard of this and/or utilized it? Forever frustrated with their wait times.
