Marco TUV can test to UL1703 standards not just IEC standards. UL still trys to make a big deal about the UL mark vs all other testing labs, but any NRTL ( Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) can certify to UL standards. The mark is what counts and it will state specific standards tested t
