TUV is now an OSHA NRTL: https://www.osha.gov/dts/otpca/nrtl/nrtllist.html.

Not sure exactly when they started business in the US, but we're definitely
seeing a lot of them.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] module testing

Hola.

Does anyone know....For the U.S. market, is TUV certification to UL 1703
considered adequate?

I've always thought that modules sold in the U.S. had to have actual testing
and certification by U.L. directly or another nationally recognized test lab.

Thanks,
marco
