Thanks for input, I ended up getting it with William Miller's help. On the "sign in" on the Mate3, I ended up leaving the user number (132) and put a specific 4 digit number in the "installer" portion which got me access to more settings. On this system there are 4 x FXR inverters, AC and DC cabi

I know this might be a silly question but did you try unplugging the Cat5 cable to the Hub for a few seconds then plug back in? Update firmware with newest Mate3 (not 3-s)? I had a reasonable amount of Mate3 swaps to the newer 3-s but the Mate3 units I still serve are pretty reliable and the behavi

As an aside, I ran into this with a Fortress True 12kw. (As of several months ago) They have not tested parallel CTs, nor have they tested single CTs in any service above 200A. They would not approve my plan to parallel CTs on a parallel conductor, 400A service. Fortress does have an input for a 3

You should be able to parallel 6 CTs (3 per phase) as long as you get the phases and directions right. The question really comes down to whether the Sol-Ark can handle the current from 800A at the CT ratio (which I believe is 2000:1). For practical purposes, on an 800A service, particularly residen

This may or may not be helpful, but are you sure you need the CTs? They are not always required. You would need them for power export limiting or grid peak shaving, but for straight grid-tied with or without battery backup, you don't need them. Jason Szumlanski Florida Solar Design Group On We
