I continue to have good service with the EcoGen. I managed to burn
mine up in a fire in May, due to factors completely unrelated to
the unit. Our homeowner's insurance covered full replacement, and

If you cut them one at a time, it won't hurt the
cutters, but you can get a good shock. Cutting is
not that difficult, but the stripping can be a bit dicey.
