Even though it's easier to do when the frame hasn't been built, you can still do it on the built bike by taking advantage of the breathing holes that are built into the frame, fork and BB, and just remove the stem and seat post. I'd say T-9 will be easier to manage and cleaner as well in case it dr

Since I've picked up all of my frames in person at RBW, I've always asked them to do it. For the Hunqapillar, since Mark is on vacation, it was Jay who installed the headset, BB and cranks and prepped the frame, and he asked me if I wanted him to add the T-9 even before I asked.
