Even though it's easier to do when the frame hasn't been built, you can
still do it on the built bike by taking advantage of the breathing holes
that are built into the frame, fork and BB, and just remove the stem and
seat post. I'd say T-9 will be easier to manage and cleaner as well in case
it drips.
