The blue run of Rams was the only one to offer 50 and 52 cm frames. They have
26" wheels (559 BSD) to preseve a better geometry. They cannot be upsized to
650B or 700 due to lack of space under brake bridge. They take up to 1 1/2"

That's a pretty poor photo to go by, but it looks like there's an excessive
amount of room between the seat tube and the rear wheel which would be
consistent with smaller wheels.
