It looks like everyone stopped the diamond pattern when they got to the bends
in the handlebars. Were these aesthetic choices, or is it hard to get the
pattern correct on the bends? Or both

I highly recommend the pedal spikes that Riv sells. I found that the Grip
Kings became much less grippy when they got wet. After adding the spikes
(which really aren't spikes, but more of a flat topped screw) my feet do not

be pretty stiff until I found out that I had the cable connected in the wrong
