starting in UK and ending in Crete. To this day, wish I kept going and traveled
around the world. Oh well, still a life changing trip.

Saddles are a very personal choice. What fits one may not fit another thus I
tread lightly into this topic.
Personally, been riding Fizik Alicantes for years. By far the most comfortable
saddle on my road bikes. Do have a Prologo nago on my MTB which is quite nice
as well.

Aww, that 80’s vintage Fuji Royale wasn’t so bad as long as you distributed
weight properly - about double weight in front compared to back. What was scary
were the descents with those side pull road brakes - seriously outmatched for a
weighted Royale.

I’m a strong advocate of just enjoy the ride and the more people I see getting
out on their bikes the better as good Ol’Mother Earth needs all the help we can
give her.
Here in Boston, there is a dramatic difference in the number of people I know
see out and about on bikes compared to a decade

Whatever works for YOU is all that counts…
…though I have been known to give pointers to relatively new riders on form,
cadence, gearing etiquette, etc. to help them maintain pace in a paceline.

and make a very nice soft bag for bike travel. I have one for my XL MTB. They
may have one that will fit yours or be willing to do a slight custom for ya.

In a few weeks I'll join the Rivendell ranks taking possession of a new
