Stem to end looks fine, and with some wrap materials probably is fine.  But my experience with leather and "cork" is that wrapped stem to end my hands peel back the edges of the wrapping between the hoods and the stem.  This might not happen with cloth, and certainly won't happen with shellacke

Hi Christopher- I’m glad to see your intent wasn’t to act as if you were owed something. That is heartening. However the impact and the affect was perceived as such. You have to reckon with that. It’s important to understand the difference and the ways in which our intent isn’t important when th
