Even that has its place. Where I live, a lot of people (including,
sometimes, my wife) use bikes to exercise sled and skijor dogs in the

I am not sure how I feel about the city brake levers. I am surprised
that no one makes a standard looking mountain bike brake lever for a
road bar diameter. I guess there isn't much need for something like
that. I could probably try and find an old set of bars from a

I just purchased the most recent Renovelo, which is based on a 64cm

It has the repaired and beefed up rear dropout, and is fresh from the
painters. Olive green metallic, with the usual cream highlights.

It's pretty much $20 per wheel. You pay "dimensional weight" in most
cases, so it doesn't matter that they weigh nothing.
Just shipped 2 wheels Portland OR to CT and it was $40.

Of course if you're running bar-end shifters then this won't work.

fully understand it, but just bought two more to go on the Allrounder

Watch out for retail storefront UPS and FedEx. I have been surprised
a few times at the quoted prices. If you send two wheels, don't send
em in separate boxes. At least tape the boxes together into one
package. I hear it is best to find someone with an account and have
them do it for you...if t
