Thanks, Brett. I also have ridden the Blues on my Atlantis, and I like them a lot. I would not have aproblem mounting them on the QB, but I would spin out with them on those steeper sections of the fire trails. It's probably me more than the tires. I am by no stretch a mountain biker. Thanks,

With my All-Rounder, which has similar clearances as the Atlantis (but mine is for 26" wheels despite being a 60 cm frame, being 13 years old), the most difficult problem to overcome was not the cranks hitting the frame but the chainrings. The chain stays angle out sharply from the BB and

I owned one of the first Atlantis, had it built by Rivendell, and sent Rivendell a TA Cyclotouriste triple crank for the build. Rivendell called me and told me the crank would not fit, and installed one of the Mavic cranks Rivendell sold at the time. The Mavic crank needed a 125mm spindle if I r
