I was upgrade my qmail-scanner + clamav + spammassasin, but it's not work
well :((
when I run test installation programm , I got this result :
bash-2.05# ./contrib/test_installation.sh -doit
setting QMAILQUEUE to /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl for this test...

I've had qmail working on my suse linux box. I've installed
qmail-scanner, but I get the following error when I launch the test scripts
/usr/bin/suidperl: relocation error: /usr/bin/suidperl: undefined
symbol: PL_block_type
Has anyone seen this type of error? I've looked thru the FAQ and goog
installing qmail-scanner v1.20 and get the following errors running
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner -g as user qscand or as root,
perlscanner: generate new DB file from
/var/spool/qmailscan/quarantine-attachments.txt
X-Qmail-Scanner-1.20:[] cannot open for write
/var/spool/qmailscan/quarantine-attac

I can't vouch for any other distributions, but RH7.3 and RH9(with the
UTF8-enabled perl 5.8) install suidperl as part of a normal install --
never had to worry about contortions or configuring it either. In fact,
the only real issues I've had with RH9 have been default LANG setting
