Are you asking for help as to why SA isn't adding all its headers and why its
not rewriting the subject?
If so, I see you're using qmail-scanner. I just had this problem. Edit your
spamc options in qmail-scanner-queue.pl and remove the -c option. This, if I
understand correctly, for fast SA,

I was told a bit ago from the SA list that the following problem is in fact a
QS problem:
I have the following in my SA local.cf:
# headers
clear_headers 1
add_header all Status "_YESNO_, hits=_HITS_ required=_REQD_ tests=_TESTS_
autolearn=_AUTOLEARN_ version=_VERSION_"
add_header all Level _
Has anyone patched the new qmail-scanner-1.20rc2 with the old log format so
QSS2.0.2 can parse it properly? Or are there plans to revert back to the old
log format for quarantine.log?
Or even still, has anyone patched qss to work with the new qmail-scanner?
Thanks!

I'm using qmail-scanner-1.20rc2 with spamassassin-2.60rc2 (mysql) and vpopmail-
5.3.24.
I cannot get spamc to pass the proper owner to spamd so it can pull out the
proper userprefs out of the mysql db.
I keep getting this in my maillog:

Upon trying to do the installation test with clamav 0.60 with Q-S-1.20rc2, I
keep getting the following error:

Hi,
Everytime I configure, I keep getting the following message from Q-S:
Something like the SpamAssassin spamc is present, but is not capable of
detecting a serious piece of spam (didn't include a "X-Spam-Status: Yes"
line in output) - ignoring...
I'm using the following configure options:

When using Horde/IMP-cvs, I get the following message sent back to me with:

That is only if I send the email through locally, rather than through SMTP. If
I send through SMTP, it doesn't get caught by perlscanner. I'd rathe
Since I'm using vpopmail, qmail-scanner's faq explicitly says not to set
QMAILQUEUE in the tcp.smtp file because it'll get stripped. Thus this won't
work.

Is it possible to invoke qmail-scanner on local to local deliveries? I noticed
that it only seems to work on emails sent from a remote box to my box by
checking the headers. If I send from one local domain (cykotix.com) to another
local domain (realirc.org), both managed by vpopmail, qmail-scan
I was finally able to get the QMAILQUEUE and QS_SPAMASSASSIN environments to be
set. Now I'm having a new problem. Performing the test_installation.sh -doit,
it shows that qmail-scanner-queue.pl is working properly and catching the virus

I'm using qmail-1.03+smtp-auth+qmail-scanner-1.16 with vpopmail. Upon following
the instructions provided in 'The qmail Handbook', I installed qmail-scanner on
my system.
I performed all the necessary tests it asked to do during ./configure, all of
which gave me no errors. More importantly, I di
