I'm using:
qmail-scanner-1.22
clamdscan: 0.71.
spamassassin: 2.63
I'm getting the following error from clamdscan:
/var/spool/qmailscan/tmp/ms11086219940479419: Can't access the file ERROR
I can verify that clamdscan works from the command line.
I think it's a permissions

You more than likely have fast_spamassassin turned on Q-S spamc_option '-c'
Just look through the file and remove it.
