[Qmail-scanner-general]qmail-scanner not to scan a domain hosted for viruses

Does qmail-scanner support selective email notification based on content type? In other words, I want the recipient or sender to be notified that an email with a zip file attachment was quarantined, but *not* to be notified that emails with viruses were quarantined. Is this possible? Regards,
