does this count as release critical?
right now all the copyrights are still there, they will only go missing
when upgrading from wheezy to jessie (if I remove the transitional packages)

attached a little update to the first patch fixing a couple of forgotten
things.
it applies ontop the last one.
the openblas test is actually a bit sketchy as it does not work properly
in virtual machines (depending on their configuration) which are used to
run the tests automatically.
diff --git
in case your patch program can't cope with git patches:
atlas is a symlink to openblas
the only test difference is in the dependencies.

it depends on ipython because all (python2) documentation is linked into
usr/share/doc/ipython
I do that because I don't like the splitting of the doc into many many
folders, but now that we have python3 its probably better to not link
the -doc
I'll fix that in the next revision.

you still need this pull in order to get a somewhat working py3.3 scipy
https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/341
it also means you need to regenerate the cython files which is currently
not done, see 589731

sorry I missed that the files are not installed for py2, though it would
be nice if the files could be removed before byte compiling, the error
is quite confusing for lazy people like me just checking the buildlogs.

why does jade fall back to 0.10 interface when it encounters a too new

python3-numpy does only install f2py3.X but no generic f2py3 for the
default version, also the manpage symlink is dangling without
python-numpy installed
attached a patch fixing those issues.
