Dear PyMOL Users,
I am trying to run some pymol functions from a python script. For
simplicity purposes, the script is called "script.py" and it's as simple as
this :
#cat script.py
import pymol
#
Then I run it like this :
#export PYMOL_PATH=/opt/soft/pymol-v1.5.0.3
#export PYTHONPATH=/opt/soft
Jason,
Thank you very much. Have you tried to use it with a Mac ?
We have a Mac Pro with a Quadro FX 5600 Card and would be great to use
the projector from there. We already use it with Nuvision glasses 60GX
and a CRT display.
Best,
David

Dear PyMOL Users,
We're looking forward to buy an active 3D Projector for PyMOL
Visualization.
I would like to know which 3D Projector setups are you using and can
certify that work with PyMOL. Which combinations of projector,
Glasses, Emitters, OS, etc ... Actually work for you.
Any help
and we issue is :
$> /opt/soft/pymol/pymol -qc dihedral.py
That dihedral.py script only reads some pdb's and and uses the function
get_dihedral()
Does anybody know why is it running so slow ? And if so, is it possible
to speed it up in any way ?
Thanks

ion almost half the
price (~400US$) and the eDimensional for almost nothing! (~100 US$)
Is it really worth paying the price of the real-d glasses ?
Does anybody know why this big price differences ?
Thanks in advance.

eply emails. Strange.
Has anybody bought glasses from them in the last months ? Specifically
from Europe.
