gcc-compat builds to a redhat 7.3 system could be an incompatibility
with 7.1 -> 7.3
cant remember what glibc was used in 7.3 but you may have to update to
that.

I'm thinking to buying a webcam, and would like to know if the Trust 320
SPACEC@M works with RH8?
I'd appreciate any feedback regarding this issue, and also recommendations
for a good webcam which do work well in Linux, if the the above mentioned

When I last tried to use a mouse through a KVM (one with external power and
one without), I was using RH7.0 and XFree 3 ( I think). Scrolling didn't

I am having problems with up2date hanging on my server, when i try to
up2date a package the package is downloaded and installed but up2date

everything and downgrade the version.

it wont work without the .sh you may need to make the file executable
