How can I disable the automatic mounting of a CD when it is inserted?

I have nothing to do so i decided to try use my old Encarta 2000 on
psyche using wine.
I have no access to my XP drive since it uses NTFS so i tried to install

The message i get from wine tells me that i need to configure my

I have three drives on my system.
Some are partitioned with Fat32 and some with NTFS.
I placed RH 8 onto HDC4, and that is also where I set the root.
Is there any way I can mount the other drives on the system to view and
edit files?
