However - if a create a delimited TXT file with Gedit on Linux and
import it into PSPP, everything works just fine.
So it is really a problem of no having an option to manually select
default encoding of the dataset.

I am testing PSPPIRE 0.7.2 and found some errors:
- when you try to selecti sample of data and unselected cases should be
filtered, it is not so. Unselected cases are just deleted, regardless
you select to be filtered or deleted.
- selecting of data based on filter variable is not working

When you try to weight cases, a radio button weight cases by is greyed.
When you choose a frequency variable, it gets selected, but is still
