For what its worth, since the cost of a hard drive dropped to Starbucks
levels, and ever since you needed to re-install Windows every 6 months or
so, I separated the OS from everything else a long time ago.
This makes it a relatively quick process

A report w/3 tables can be very complex depending on the user requirements.
i'd recommend the user put together a requirement doc for the report(s) and
provide a statement of what each report should accomplish along with a
comprehensive mock up of what each report should look like.
