While chasing a postfix (version 3.5.9) to dovecot authentication issue,
checked "compiled in" methods:
postconf -a

dovecot
postconf -A

Does this mean the choices for configuring authentication are affected?
Dovecot and Postfix were installed from packaged version supplied w
All,
We have our aliases file pushing things into our RT install, but also saving
things to a maildir, so we can manually feed a single file back in, thusly:
In /etc/aliases:
noc:"|/usr/local/sbin/rtmailgate ops noc cor",
"/root/ops/Ma

Hi,
We are seeing an issue whereby out postfix outbound mailserver is restricting
the outgoing connections to 20. We think we have update the config correctly,
however, we are still seeing it throttled to 20.
This is the config that we have changed:
Main.cf:

I am surprised to hear that "login" works and "plain" does not, are you
sure about that?
Jep, I just retested. Changed to plain, restarted postfix and mail gets
deferred:

Hi Viktor
Thank you for your response. In answer to your questions:
* It's a problem as the box is continuing to receive a lot of email so if
the sending of mail is throttled we are getting a large backlog of emails
waiting to be sent. Hence we want to raise the limit of messages that we

Dear lists,
I in fact use rarely this mailbox: t...@dkinbox.com
But today I found both my domain "dkinbox.com" and the mailserver IP:
38.45.66.54 are listed into spamhaus "css" and "dbl" blacklists.
My mailserver has the correct rDNS/MX/SPF/DKIM/SMARC setup (checking from
