With Postfix, DMARC is implemented by Milters or content filters.
Postfix itself is DMARC-agnostic.

into each email's header for local tracking purposes.
The unique ID doesn't have to be some complicated hash, it can be
something like the + or ... which would

The Postfix SMTP server always accepts mail for "postmaster".
That was added in Postfix 1.1.0.
