If I add

  -o receive_override_options = no_address_mappings

To master.cf in the 127.0.0.1:10025 declarations then addresses that should 
expand bounce before getting to the filter.

I also tried:

-o 
receive_override_options=no_header_body_checks,no_unknown_recipient_checks,no_address_mappings

Is reloading postfix enough of will changes to master.cf require reloading 
amavisd?
