Are u meaning about the Autofilter option?..
If that is the case, follow these steps:
1. Select the column head where Autofilter needs to be applied
2. Click the menu "Data > Filter > AutoFilter"
3. Now, you can see combo box with the list of data items you have in
that particular col

If you have GRUB installed, you can add the runlevel number to the end
as a kernel parameter.
Look in /boot/grub/grub.conf for:
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-1.2139_FC4 ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet
Change this to:
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.17-1.2139_FC4 ro roo
