Hi everybody, I have a big problem. After working on my application I closed Pharo. When I got back the shortcut wasn't working any more and I realized my image got ruined. I could recover just a very old version of my C:\Seaside-3.1-portable\Seaside-3.1-portable.app\Contents\Resources\

Hi Guys, I'm running a 32bit image (Pharo5) on OSX Mojave on Parallels but unfortunately it crashes. The same image is working on my old mac with Mojave so I'm wondering what the issue is. Reading the dump file it seems a display problem but I'm not a vm expert so here is the dmp, I'm seeking help

Hm, I don't know what exactly happens. It seems this behavior started with Pharo 50574. Since that image version, the UUIDGenerator will be reset on startup. Maybe the initialization of the uuidgenerator (or the random seed) will access the filesystem and at this step the file system initialization

Hello, There could be many reasons why you would have such a big image. The most common reason is the monticello metadata, as Phil said. Another reason could be because some caches and objects that are flushed on snapshot, so if you looked at the image size at runtime and not the file size (for

Normally you can replay your changes. Do not do that from an editor. What you can try is to get a new image + changes and copy your changes files rto erase the new change file and try a "recover lost change" (in the tools menu). Now can you open monticello? On 28/6/14 15:42, Pablo R.
