I just purchased a new MP3 Player today at Best Buy. It came with a disc withe
the installation file. Windows says it recognizes new hardware, but when I go
to the My Computer and open up it and view the list of drives, the MP3 drive

We figured out the problem with the MP3 device not showing up. There is a
setting for the Synct of the device. It was set for auto detect and, when we
put it on manual synct, it recognized the player and it showed up in the list.
