Suite without a problem, only problem you may find is a slight delay

you will need a video capturing device. they usually come with there own
editing software. Pinacle makes a lot of these devices.

aswell? and yet. If video is what you want to edit Do you want it to be
saved as an mpg or you don't mind if you need to re-encode it in another
