it is accessable with jaws, the only thing is the edits aren't done in
real time, you have to make them, save the file, then open it up again.
there is a 15 day trial.

it has menu's but it doesn't speak when placing marks, you just have
to put the marks in and then save the file.
This software won't record the files, you need a tv tuner to record
the
mpeg
file then this will edit it.
