I Don't know of any free offerings but all the free stuff I've used when
it comes to video has either been inaccessible or just absolute junk
<smile> so given all that I was happy to follow up a recommendation made
on this list for the Video Re-Do TV suite which sells for about $75.00.
Plenty of shortcuts and certainly accessible.
Help file is fairly good too and support is excellent.
The latest version also has a lot of format conversion tools.
