I know this isn't exactly what you're asking for, but I use DVD Audio
Extractor from http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/ to extract the
audio from DVD's. It'll capture each chapter in it's own MP3 file and
build a play list or capture the whole movie in a single MP3 file. It
isn't free,
er, you have to keep choosing another
chapter to go on with the movie?

To get around this problem, I use DVD Audio Extractor to rip the audio
from the DVD and then I can use WMP, Winamp or any other MP3 player to
listen to the DVD. DVD Audio Extractor isn't free, and it can be
downloaded from http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/.

Hi,
I can't tell you anything about the list, but I often use WMP 11 to play DVD
movies. In most cases, it's a matter of hitting cntrl S to stop the initial
play, followed by cntrl P to start the commercials before the movie. In many
other cases, merely hitting enter will start the movie.
Your

They'd have much better luck with VLC Media player. It's free, at videolan.org
VLC has all the codeks to play dvd and it is Jaws friendly to boot.
