I know this isn't exactly what you're asking for, but I use DVD Audio Extractor from http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/ to extract the audio from DVD's. It'll capture each chapter in it's own MP3 file and build a play list or capture the whole movie in a single MP3 file. It isn't free,
