Hi Dean, I just want to make sure I understand what you've done, so I can try and duplicate it here. You turned off the virtual pc cursor and tabbed, or shift tabbed, through the media player web page view until you hear "unnamed view" as if you were in WMP, then you were able to adjust volume.
