The only way I've found of doing this is by having multiple sound
devices installed onto your computer or to use a hardware voice
synthesizer, you've just highlighted the main reason why I'll keep
using hardware speech until "death us do part" .

I use to listen to the blumars network and their radio station voices from
within.
However i need to came intouch with them because now the station and all
their other stations sounds a bit distorted.
Its like when you tune the volume up a bit high.
