as other burning software does.
I had a USB cdrw drive, that was supported by Nero, but then Nero came with
the drive.

I have to agree with Carl that they could and should make the radios more
accessible. I have a Sirius receiver but can't do anything beyond listening
to the stations adn programming the presets. Even the presets get messed up
if you're not careful. I know that chips for speech aren't all that

Yes, the computer sees the burner. It recognizes it as though it were
another drive.
Yes, other USB products work fine.

I use a TV card from leadtec.
The software is winfast TV, and is a little difficult to set up , well
tune the TV channels.
I had sighted help setting up the channels, but after this is done ,
everything else seems accessible.

Well for me personally i found pinnacle tv tuners the most accsesible for
us. They have lots of different models, from various pci card, to external
usb tv tuners. What makes them very blind friendly is their software. It is
possible to program and rename all channels by your self, and configure
SF 7 only work with windows 2000 and XP. I tried installing SF 7 on my
windows ME but it said that my system was not supported in SF 7. Samuel.

Yep, this is what he did. He said that he got the latest driver from the HP
site.
He does have XP, and he does have service pack 2.
I'm hoping this issue is fixable, but I'm beginning to wonder.

update the drivers, particularly if he has Windows XP and has installed
Service Pack 2.

I've got a friend who is having a problem with Nero.
He didn't have this problem, until he connected an external CD burner to his
computer.
He was using version 5.5 without any problems. Then, when he connected up
this external burner it was as if Nero couldn't recognize it. All
Easy CD DA Extractor version 7.7 is now available from
