Hi Terri, Nero is very particular about burners, and doesn't seem to support as many as other burning software does. I had a USB cdrw drive, that was supported by Nero, but then Nero came with the drive. You might be able to get supported drive imformation from Nero's website, if there isn't any in the documentation that ships with the software.
