Thanks, I followed your your directions about re-installing the ITSM
modules, after moving in the .rpmnew files, and it works. Did this on
our test system, next week will complete upgrade on our operational system.

About creating tickets from emails, this is what we did:
- Create an entry for the email account in
/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSystemAddress
- Associate that entry with the selected queue at
/index.pl?Action=AdminQueue
- Create a POP3 or IMAP auth for the mentioned account at
Its in the file that you download. The file is marked as UPGRADE. It should
be in /opt/otrs/ . Just use vi editor to view it

in the UPGRADING file, there is only instructions for upgrading 2.1
to 2.2.
Maybe, i 've missed something in the documentation but i do not find
any upgrading instructions, even with google..
