with Skype?

Hi Sebastian,
The mic works fine on skype, and like I said, the Test window where you
can record a 5 second clip to check sound and video works fine. But we
just can't hear each other, I checked to make sure weren't all muted but
it made no difference.

Actually it must be something like that, either you have muted yourself, or
turned sound off or something like that.

We use one LDAP server and use it on both Moodle and OM.
In my case it can work for me that if the OM plugin on Moodle does
not create the same user on OM. If it is possible how can I implement

There is need for a mininal change in the source code and you need to
compile a binary.
The neccessary source code change is:
You change in LdapLoginmanagement.java ~400
replace "getUserByLogin"
with "getUserByLoginOrEmail"
