We have tested a different headset but with the same echo problem. The remote user will try to find an USB headset for a new test soon. When I close the microphone of the remote user, the problem does not exist anymore, so it is related to his macbook or accessories. Thanks all for your suggest

Patrick, Openmeetings does not currently use software Acoustic Echo Cancelling. If the computers being used do not support hardware AEC, I recommend that people use headsets or speakerphones like Alexei suggested. I have successfully used the ClearOne Chat 60. I have also learned that some comp
