We have tested a different headset but with the same echo problem. The remote
user will try to find an USB headset for a new test soon.
When I close the microphone of the remote user, the problem does not exist
anymore, so it is related to his macbook or accessories.
Thanks all for your suggestions, we are still working to find a solution.
