Pete, Not for my users, they use Outlook for email and calendaring, not OpenMeetings and join OpenMeetings via the invitation URL when their Outlook calendar appointment reminds them to do so. Some of them may not even have an OpenMeetings account and so do not even have an OpenMeetings Calend

Pete, Yes, that is the behaviour that I expect you will see. Creating a calendar event in your calendar only creates the event, and you can log into the room from "My rooms", but the invited attendees only get an invitation email, not an OpenMeeting's calendar item. Also before the meeting
