Mukesh,
What version of OpenMeetings are you using? In version 1.9 I found that this was not working, but in version 2.0 it is now working. There are two ways to invite people by email; 1) Enter a conference room and select "Actions" from the menu, then select "Send invitation Ctrl_4". In the dialog box that is opened, enter your email address, e.g. mukesh.re...@gmail.com, and set any other information, then click "Send". 2) In the Calendar, when you create an "Event", you can add "Attendees" from both OpenMeetings accounts, and from External people (select "Add external" icon). Note: Invitations are send when you select "Save", so I tend not to add people until I have all my presentations in the Event's meeting room, and it is an appropriate time to email them their invitations. Please let me know if this answers your question.
