Several birders tried for the Franklin's Gull at the Batavia WWTP on Monday.
It was found the day previous and was seen early Monday morning but was not
found afterwards. However, the four Red-necked Phalaropes continue there and
Celeste Morien found a Wilson's Phalarope there. As expected for this
