Hi Shweta, Thanks for the detailed report, this is very helpful. With some recent changes in nova, you can no longer specify the project "name" in the --project_id flag for a network. You must specify the keystone "id". This keystone id for the admin tenant would be "ba2436c876564ef985a094a4f71
